Court Referral Program

As a direct court order alternative to paying fines and/or incarceration for misdemeanor offences, the Courts assign number of hours of supervised community service to offenders.

The Court Referral Program offers over 300 local, state and government agencies where clients can complete their assigned community service hours.

· Cal-Trans beautifies our roads and highways, while the Graffiti Programs help clean-up neighborhoods.

· HAM Program (Hospital and Morgue) is an educational component assigned to DUI participants.  They spend 4 hours of lecture time in a specified hospital emergency room, 4 hours visiting the morgue and writing a 1000 word essay about the learned experience.

· The Community Labor and Tree Farm Programs help beautify our local parks and communities.

· Other non-profit agencies include thrift stores, boys and girl clubs, churches, parks, schools, animal shelters, senior centers to a name a few.
